We offer flat rate $10 shipping Australia-wide and free shipping for all orders over $250.
All items are shipped from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Standard shipping is 1-7 business days to all major Australian cities. Please allow additional transit time for deliveries to the Northern Territory, Far North Queensland and Rural areas.
In-stock items without embroidery are dispatched in 1-2 business days.
Our customized embroidered products are individually made to order, so please allow 2-7 days for the item to be carefully crafted for you.
Left it to the last minute? No problem! We will do our best to accommodate rush orders - please email us hello@threadingdreams.com.au before placing your order so we can work out the fastest turnaround time for you.

Absolutely! Most of our hampers are shipped directly to the recipient. We recommend including one of our Plantable or Classic Greeting Cards with your hamper when sending directly to the recipient. We will personally handwrite your message for you.
We accept payment via major credit card providers (Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Forgot to include something? Did you make an error on your personalization request? We ask that
any changes to your order be submitted via email within 4 hours of placing your order. We cannot accept requests outside this time frame, and your order will proceed as originally placed.

All pre-curated hampers are beautifully presented for luxury gifting, with the contents carefully packed into our premium branded hamper boxes, complete with recycled shred paper and grosgrain ribbon.
When opting to Build Your Own hamper, you have the option to have your items packed into our premium branded hamper box with recycled shred paper and grosgrain ribbon $12) or packed in regular mailing packaging at no charge.
All individually purchased pieces are packed in regular mailing packaging, unless our premium branded hamper box is added to your order.
Absolutely – we love custom work. Please email us with your details of the design you have in mind and we will customize a quote for you.
Yes, we are happy to send you a proof of your personalisation prior to embroidery of your chosen items. Please type 'font proof required' in the notes at checkout. Please note that we can only send through a proof if you provide your email address and/or mobile phone number. If we do not receive a response from you within 24 hours of sending your proof, we will assume that you approve the proof and will proceed with your embroidery.
