Refund policy
Embroidered Items
Sales of goods personalised with embroidery are final and are ineligible for return.
Please take care when selecting personalised items and with the information you select/provide us as there is no refund or exchange on these customised items.
Many of our products are personalised with embroidery. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any refund or exchanges for change of mind or if the information provided or selected is wrong. Items will be embroidered with the Name or Word exactly as you type in the text box provided. Please be careful with your selections and details – ensure the Name or Words to be embroidered are typed correctly.
Change of mind
If you change your mind about your item, you have 30 days to return it to us for a store credit, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please contact us at hello@threadingdreams.com.au to initiate the returns process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, a store credit will be emailed to you.
Please note a $10 restocking fee applies to all change of mind returns.
Changes to order
Forgot to include something? Did you make an error on your personalization request? We ask that any changes to your order be submitted via email within 4 hours of placing your order. We cannot accept requests outside this time frame, and your order will be proceed as originally placed.

Faulty goods
We take great pride in the quality of our products and every order is packed with the utmost care. In the unlikely event of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you a replacement or full refund.
Please email us at hello@threadingdreams.com.au within 72 hours of delivery. Include your invoice number, a description of the fault and photos of the fault. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Your claim will be reviewed by our team and if deemed eligible, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you can choose to receive a refund via your original payment method, or we will send you a replacement item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Approval of returns is at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse returns.
Sale items
Please take care when purchasing sale items as there are strictly no exchanges or returns on sale items unless deemed faulty.
